Try To View The Property As An Outsider. Note all the jobs and tasks that need to be completed, from the skirtings to the dusty fans. When viewers see that the house is clean and well-presented, it will give a better impression of the property. Plus, most buyers don’t want to take on an overpriced unfinished project.
